Questions & Answers

What is a quote?

A quote is essentially, after assessing what work needs to be done at your property we provide a definite price that you have the option to accept or refuse. It is similar to an estimate, but a quote is a firm, actionable price while an estimate just gives the customer a rough idea for the price.

How do we process payments?

Once you have received and accepted a quote for a recurring service, you will enter your card information in a secure link that only we will provide you. Your card will be charged at the beginning of each month which includes all services completed that month. We will NEVER charge before we complete a service. For a single time service, we accept cash, check, card, Zelle, or CashApp.

When do we come?

Once all your information is set up and you decide whether you would like to have your lawn mowed weekly or bi-weekly, we will let you know what day of the week we are coming on. If that day does not work for you for any reason, feel free to contact us and we can work something out. If our schedule is having complications we’ll notify you if we may have to come a day or two later or earlier.

What do we do?

For our lawn service, we do a stellar job edging, mowing, and blowing any mess we made along with any dust, leaves, or debris in your yard. If you have any special requests, don’t hesitate to contact us or ask a team member.
